Fai's Car Care, LLC is a family business. The owner Chun Fai Tai, aka (Fai), is an ASE certified Master Technician who seeks self employment and serve his customer, employee, and community by applying the "Golden Rule", which is to "Do to others as you would have them do to you" Luke 6:31 NIV. The owner desires to do honest work for honest living and worships in his work place. Thus, the owner also desire his employee to do the same to the customers. Hoping to do their part in contributing a little goodness back to their community. Fai is a U.S. Navy veteran, he was a Damage Control Petty Officer, a family man, who loves his wife and children very much. Most of all he seeks to be a Christian and loves God back for His Mercy and Grace. He has served the Hampton Roads area as an automotive technician for over 15+ years. He had worked for Pep boys, Merchant's Tire, and Napa. Fai's Car Care is his first automotive repair shop.

At Fai's Car Care, we provide general service and repair to most domestic and foreign cars and light trucks. We provide coolant and transmission flushes, other fluid flushes like brake and power steering fluid exchange. Air Conditioning system repair and service, timing belt/ water pump, battery, starter motor, alternator system repair, engine diagnostic, abs diagnostic, electrical component diagnostic, overheating diagnostic, fluid leak evaluation, steering and suspension part replacement such as tie rods and ball joints, shocks and struts, radiator, tune up spark plugs, cv axles, brakes repair, drive belts, wheel bearings, and more.
